We collect the following information about you when you become a member of our EMSB or EMX community: your email address, your name, your password, your zip code or postal code, your gender, and your country of residence. You supply this information when you sign up for EMarketingSmallBusiness.com (EMSB) membership. We refer to this collection of information as your 'Personally Identifiable information.' We are not able to collect this information any other way besides the Sign Up process.

*1.2. We may track the following information about all of our visitors: IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring pages, exit pages, and click patterns. This information is anonymous and is not tied to your Personally Identifiable information. This information is used solely for the purposes of researching the usage preferences of our visitors, your demographics, and interests. We do this so we can better understand our user community and improve the user experience on all of the Avarra web sites.

*1.3. We use browser 'cookies' to remember certain information about our users and their previous visits. This information allows us to pre-fill form information wherever possible, saving you time and repeat typing. If your browser does not accept cookies, you may still use our site, however your experience may not be optimal.

*1.4. We may collect information such as postings you make on the public areas of our website, messages you send to our support staff or other employees or representatives. Our use of this information is described fully in the next section (Section 2).

2. How We Use Information We Collect

* 2.1. We use the information we collect about you to help create a better user experience for visitors and members of the EMSB Program and Web Site. We may also use the information we collect about you to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and enforce our Terms of Use policy.

3. When and Why We Might Disclose Your Information

*3.1. Opt-in requirement. WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT WE WILL NOT SELL, RENT OR OTHERWISE SHARE YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION WITH OTHER THIRD PARTIES, UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED AS DESCRIBED BELOW UNDER 'REQUIRED DISCLOSURES' (Section 3.3). WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH OUR PARTNERS AND ADVERTISERS ONLY IN AN AGGREGATED FORMAT THAT IS NOT AND CANNOT BE LINKED TO YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION.

*3.2. Information you post to the public areas of the EMSB Web Site may be accessible by and made public through syndication programs and by search engines, metasearch tools, crawlers, metacrawlers and other similar programs.

*3.3. Required disclosures. We make every effort to preserve member privacy. However, if required by law, we may need to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information in order to: (a) comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our web site, (b) enforce this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use policy, (c) respond to claims that your Personal Information violates the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property or personal safety of Avarra Solutions, LLC or the EMSB community.

*3.4 You authorize us to disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we deem necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us or you to legal liability.

4. The Process for Notifying You of Changes To This Policy
* 4.1. If we change this Policy, we will post a notice of the changes to this Policy on the EMSB home page and other places we deem appropriate, as well as notifying you in writing via email.

5. The Process for Resolving any Disputes About This Policy

* 5.1. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Policy or any previous Privacy Policy shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation and arbitration as provided under our Terms of Use policy.
